Hello Androdevs,
Sorry to say but we are facing issues in GCP coz we just create a new account using my credit card and created successfully when we enter in dashboard google need to verify some personal things and we will provide all but almost 3 hours gone there is no response from GCP team and we are not avail to make project. 
We will try our best and work hard almost we will work 20 hours to do but now we faced issues in gcloud.
