Start App ADS are not showing and Giving Error of SDK isnt initialized

I am trying like this but . Ads are not showing . Its giving me Error toast from the banner block whenever I am pressing the Metarial Button 3 . Please solve this problem by giving me a aia file. Thanks in advance
