My app crashes in other device

in some device my app is working fine but in one device it is crashing on start and error shown is

“java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method ‘android.graphics.drawable.Drawable com.google.android.gms.ads.nativead.NativeAd$Image.getDrawable()’ on a null object reference”

okay,

1. is admob facebook bidding working?
2. there should be adoptionsview in native ads, as per documentation of admob & facebook. but i dont see.
