How to run clock in background when app closed?

hi friends i hope you all fine
me chahta hu ki clock background me run ho jab application closed ho, or jo clock background me run huwa hai wo label me show ho jis se hame pata chal sake ki abhi itna second jo hai background me chala hai .

Simply he wants to say that how we can run our apps on background means after closing the app the timer will always run on the background and whenever they open the app the second will show in a label.
