for one screen in my app block screen is like this , bottom part have some black cards when clicked it opens color picker . I cant able switch screen or to designer mode as you see

There’s no issues regarding this till now but IDK why it’s happening to u.
but u can try to zoom out the page by pressing SHIFT & MOUSE Slider may b it will help u.
