Help upload an application to Google Play
Does anyone have a google play console account
My application can be uploaded
Because my account was suspended

Why is your account suspended ?
No one is ready to upload your app in free of cost or with cost, bcz if your application breaks the policy of play console then it may also lead to suspension of his/her account that is why no one is ready to do this. And creating a new play console account also takes too much time and varification process.
So it’s too better to buy a new account with new details and follow the privacy & policy of Google Play console. And the last thing before taking any action by play console team a warning mail (or in dashboard) is sent by play team.
