google play say that “Update your target API level by August 31, 2025 to be able to release updates to your app”.
How i can update my app to Android 15 (API 35).

You can use the APK Editor Studio or Apktool to edit the android API and then sign it with your google play key and if you do it correctly then google play might accept it not sure but you can try
