From where to download aisarter?

As i have android 7, so latest AB Companion isn’t working.
So trying to connect with either USB or Blue Stack emulator.
But it displays the message “aistarter helper seems not to be running”
So will anyone drop here the link either for

But app isn’t opening. It got downloaded but it’s not opening.
