I got the error when calling startapp reward and offerwall ads to load

First of all, check if the SDK is Initiliaze or not, then load the ad.

I did check if sdk initialize before asking to load ads, and still got same error. I even got sam error using offerwall ads, I attached aia

Please can someone help me out. Even the startapp interstitial isn’t showing
