The advertising component is disabled every time a project starts. Is this something the company intended?
Yes, same with me I opened my project then connected to companion, it’s shows some error regard admob banner ad. After checking I found my banner block is disabled.

Note : Support for smart banners is deprecated. Consider implementing adaptive banners as a replacement for smart banners.
You can use other types of banners for the latest admob SDK.
