Do we have to put our app on play store to show ads in it? Can’t show ads if not entered
If u don’t want to use admob than your ads will show without playstore. Use startapp ad, unity ad etc.

By putting app on playstore, you will got access of premium ad networks like admob, Facebook etc. Without putting app on playstore you will also got access of some ad networks like startup/start.io, unity. But in this type of network your revenue is uncertain and also very low ecpm/cpc etc. So its too better to put app on appstores.
