An admob core error occurs

When i first install the app, the admob core operates normally and ads are displayed.
But,
When re-running the app, admob core initialization does not work.
So,

If I forcibly delete data from the app’s data stoage and then run it, I see an ads

How to re-run admod core in scree init?

phone : samsung Galaxy Note 9
android version : 10

The unit id was entered in the designer screen.

Solved.
The banner has to be called every time the screen loads.
